Für Ihr Fahrzeug ist am Giebel des Ferienhauses ein Stellplatz für Sie reserviert. Die Eigentümer wohnen nebenan und an das Haus grenzt die Ferienwohnung 56G161145 (4 Personen). Jung und Alt werden den Hühnerstall der Eigentümer zu schätzen wissen! Vom Cottage aus sind Sie in nur 10 Minuten in der charmanten Stadt Auray, wo Sie am Montagmorgen ihren Markt (den größten im Morbihan!) genießen können. Um nach Quiberon zu gelangen und das Boot nach Belle Ile zu nehmen, steigen Sie in den Tyre Bouchon (unseren kleinen Sommerzug) ein, der Ihnen die Sorge um einen Parkplatz erspart: seine Fahrpläne sind den Schiffsshuttles nachempfunden! Wanderer können die Küstenpfade erkunden: die wilde Küste von Quiberon, den Fluss Etel, die Insel St. Cado, La Trinité sur Mer und natürlich den Golf von Morbihan! Und warum nicht unsere Wanderwege ab Haus!

The cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, in a well maintained and landscaped property. The house offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge as well as a toilet.
- Upstairs: a bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190) with a shower room/wc.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace of 30 m² facing south not overlooked with garden furniture, a private garden of 80 m² with deckchairs and a wooden shelter for your bicycles and other belongings. For your vehicle, a parking space is reserved for you at the gable of the cottage. The owners live next door and the house is adjoining gite 56G161145 (4 people). Young and old alike will appreciate the owners' chicken coop! From the cottage, it will only take you 10 minutes to get to the charming town of Auray and enjoy its market on Monday mornings (the biggest in Morbihan!). To get to Quiberon and take the boat to Belle Ile, you will get on the Tire Bouchon (our little summer train) which will save you the worry of a parking space: its schedules are modeled on the maritime shuttles! Hikers can explore the coastal paths: the wild coast of Quiberon, the Etel river, the island of St Cado, La Trinité sur Mer and of course the Gulf of Morbihan! And why not our hiking trails starting from the house!

Voor uw voertuig is een parkeerplaats voor u gereserveerd aan de gevel van het huisje. De eigenaren wonen naast de deur en het huis grenst aan gite 56G161145 (4 personen). Jong en oud zullen het kippenhok van de eigenaren waarderen! Vanuit het huisje duurt het slechts 10 minuten om naar het charmante stadje Auray te gaan en op maandagochtend te genieten van de markt (de grootste in Morbihan!). Om Quiberon te bereiken en de boot naar Belle Ile te nemen, stapt u op de Tire Bouchon (onze kleine zomertrein) die u de zorgen van een parkeerplaats bespaart: de dienstregelingen zijn gemodelleerd naar de maritieme shuttles! Wandelaars kunnen de kustpaden verkennen: de wilde kust van Quiberon, de rivier de Etel, het eiland St Cado, La Trinité sur Mer en natuurlijk de Golf van Morbihan! En waarom niet onze wandelroutes vanaf het huis!

Los propietarios viven al lado y la casa está contigua a la casa rural 56G161145 (4 personas). ¡Tanto jóvenes como mayores apreciarán el gallinero de los propietarios! Desde la casa de campo, solo tardará 10 minutos en llegar al encantador pueblo de Auray y disfrutar de su mercado los lunes por la mañana (¡el más grande de Morbihan!). Para llegar a Quiberon y tomar el barco a Belle Ile, se subirá al Tire Bouchon (nuestro pequeño tren de verano) que le ahorrará la preocupación de una plaza de aparcamiento: ¡sus horarios se inspiran en los transbordadores marítimos! Los excursionistas pueden explorar los senderos costeros: la costa salvaje de Quiberon, el río Etel, la isla de St Cado, La Trinité sur Mer y, por supuesto, el Golfo de Morbihan. ¡Y por qué no nuestras rutas de senderismo desde la casa!

Per il tuo veicolo, un posto auto è riservato a te sul timpano del cottage. I proprietari abitano accanto e la casa è adiacente all'alloggio 56G161145 (4 persone). Grandi e piccini apprezzeranno il pollaio dei proprietari! Dal cottage, ci vorranno solo 10 minuti per raggiungere l'affascinante città di Auray e goderti il suo mercato il lunedì mattina (il più grande del Morbihan!). Per arrivare a Quiberon e prendere il battello per Belle Ile, salirai sul Tire Bouchon (il nostro trenino estivo) che ti farà risparmiare la preoccupazione di un parcheggio: i suoi orari sono modellati sulle navette marittime! Gli escursionisti possono esplorare i sentieri costieri: la costa selvaggia di Quiberon, il fiume Etel, l'isola di St Cado, La Trinité sur Mer e, naturalmente, il Golfo del Morbihan! E perché no i nostri sentieri escursionistici che partono da casa!

Du gite, il ne vous faudra que 10 minutes pour vous rendre dans la charmante cité d'Auray et profiterez de son marché le lundi matin (le plus grand du Morbihan!). Pour vous rendre à Quiberon et prendre le bateau vers Belle Ile, vous monterez dans le Tire Bouchon (notre petit train d'été) qui vous évitera le souci d'une place de parking: ses horaires sont calqués sur les navettes maritimes ! Les randonneurs pourront sillonner les chemins côtiers: la côte sauvage de Quiberon, la rivière d'Etel, l'Ile de St Cado, la Trinité sur Mer et bien sûr le Golfe du Morbihan ! Et pourquoi pas nos sentiers de randonnées au départ de la maison !

Le gite est situé au calme d'un hameau, dans une propriété bien entretenue et paysagée. La maison vous offre :
- Au rez-de-chaussée: une pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, séjour et salon ainsi qu'un wc .
- A l'étage: une chambre (1 lit en 140 x 190) avec une salle d'eau/wc.
A l'extérieur, vous profiterez d'une terrasse privative de 30 m² exposée sud sans vis à vis avec salon de jardin, d'un jardin privé de 80 m² avec transats et d'un abri en bois pour vos vélos et autres affaires. Pour votre véhicule, une place de parking vous est réservée au pignon du gite. Les propriétaires vivent à côté et la maison est mitoyenne au gite 56G161145 (4 personnes).
