Ebenfalls ausgestattet sind: zwei Duschbäder mit WC, ein separates WC und eine Waschküche. Draußen, auf einem umzäunten Garten und außer Sichtweite, genießen Sie eine große Holzterrasse in Südlage (teilweise überdacht) mit Gartenmöbeln und Sesseln. Das beheizte Hallenbad von 3 x 4 m und einer Tiefe von 1,50 m ist ganzjährig geöffnet. Vor dem Haus haben Sie eine Tischtennisplatte und zwei private Parkplätze.
