Die 1. Etage befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.

Sie werden hier seinen Garten ohne vis-à-vis zu schätzen wissen, vollständig eingezäunt und schön angelegt, mit seinen drei Terrassen, seinem Grillplatz und seinen Tischtennisplatten für gesellige Spiele!
