Gîte Le Belvédère

Das Haus ist wie folgt auf 4 Ebenen aufgeteilt:
- Im Erdgeschoss: der Eingang zum Cottage
- Im 1. Stock: ein Wohnzimmer mit Wohnzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche, die auf die große Terrasse gehen.
- Im 2. Stock: 2 Doppelzimmer (1 Bett 140 x 190 und 1 Bett 160 x 200), ein Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen (1 Bett 160 x 200 und 2 Betten 90 x 190, davon 1 Etagenbett), ein kleines Duschbad und eine Toilette mit Handwaschbecken.
- Im 4. Stock: 1 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 160x200 und 2 Betten 90x190) mit angrenzendem Duschbad/WC.
Draußen wird die große geschlossene Terrasse von 150 m² mit Meerblick zu jeder Jahreszeit geschätzt. Zum Parken Ihres Autos stehen Ihnen 2 private Parkplätze im Hof der Eigentümer zur Verfügung und weitere Parkplätze sind auf der Straße möglich (kostenlos). Das Cottage befindet sich neben dem Haus der Eigentümer und grenzt an eine Wäscherei (die von den Eigentümern betrieben wird, die Ihnen Zugang zum Waschen Ihrer Kleidung gewähren). Riantec ist eine charmante Stadt, die an das kleine Meer von Gâvres grenzt, einer der schönsten Orte an der bretonischen Küste! Hier befinden Sie sich am Rande eines Dünenkordons mit mehr als 9 km Küste, um alle Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen: Schwimmen, Faulenzen, Wassersport, Segeln. Es ist auch ein sehr begehrter Ort zum Uferangeln! In der Nähe der Hütte können Sie den Park von Kerdurand mit seinem Sportplatz und seinen Einrichtungen (Schwimmbad, Tennis) entdecken. Um Gâvres oder Lorient (die Stadt der 3 Häfen) zu entdecken, stellt ein Fährmann die Shuttles her, damit Sie nicht das Auto nehmen müssen!

The house is laid out over 4 levels as follows:

- Op de 2e verdieping: 2 tweepersoonskamers (1 bed van 140x190 en 1 bed van 160x200), een slaapkamer voor 4 personen (1 bed van 160x200 en 2 bedden van 90x190 waarvan 1 stapelbed), een kleine doucheruimte en een toilet met handwas.
- Op de 4e verdieping: 1 slaapkamer (1 bed 160x200 en 2 bedden 90x190) met aangrenzende doucheruimte/wc.
Buiten zal het grote omheinde terras van 150 m² met uitzicht op zee in alle seizoenen worden gewaardeerd. Om uw auto's te parkeren beschikt u over 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen op de binnenplaats van de eigenaren en zijn andere parkeerplaatsen in de straat mogelijk (gratis). Het huisje ligt naast het huis van de eigenaren en grenst aan een wasserette (gerund door de eigenaren die u toegang geven om uw kleding te wassen). Riantec is een stad vol charme die wordt begrensd door de kleine zee van Gâvres, een van de mooiste locaties aan de Bretonse kust! Hier bevindt u zich aan de rand van een duincordon met meer dan 9 km kustlijn, om aan al uw wensen te voldoen: zwemmen, nietsdoen, watersporten, zeilen. Het is ook een zeer begeerde plek om te vissen aan de kust! In de buurt van het huisje kunt u het park van Kerdurand ontdekken met zijn sportparcours en zijn faciliteiten (zwembad, tennis). Om Gâvres of Lorient (de Stad van 3 Havens) te ontdekken, maakt een veerman de shuttles om te voorkomen dat u de auto moet nemen!

La casa se distribuye en 4 niveles de la siguiente manera:
- En la planta baja: la entrada a la cabaña.
- En el 1er piso: una sala de estar con sala de estar y cocina que se abre a la gran terraza.

En el exterior, la gran terraza cerrada de 150 m² con vista al mar será apreciada en todas las estaciones. Para estacionar sus autos, tendrá 2 espacios privados en el patio de los propietarios y otros espacios de estacionamiento son posibles en la calle (gratis). La cabaña está ubicada al lado de la casa de los propietarios y está contigua a una lavandería (a cargo de los propietarios que le dan acceso para lavar su ropa). La cabaña ubicada en el borde del departamental Rantec es una ciudad llena de encanto que está bordeada por el pequeño mar de Gâvres, ¡uno de los lugares más bellos de la costa bretona! Aquí, estará al borde de un cordón de dunas con más de 9 km de costa, para satisfacer todos sus deseos: baño, ocio, deportes acuáticos, navegación a vela. ¡También es un sitio muy codiciado para la pesca en tierra! Cerca de la casa de campo, puede descubrir el Parque de Kerdurand con su campo de deportes y sus instalaciones (piscina, tenis). Para descubrir Gâvres o Lorient (la Ciudad de los 3 Puertos), ¡un barquero hace las lanzaderas para evitar que tengas que coger el coche!

- Al 2° piano: 2 camere matrimoniali (1 letto 140x190 e 1 letto 160x200), una camera per 4 persone (1 letto 160x200 e 2 letti 90x190 di cui 1 a castello), un piccolo bagno con doccia e un bagno con lavamani.
- Al 4° piano: 1 camera da letto (1 letto 160x200 e 2 letti 90x190) con annesso bagno con doccia/WC.
All'esterno, l'ampio terrazzo recintato di 150 mq con vista mare sarà apprezzato in tutte le stagioni. Per parcheggiare le vostre auto avrete a disposizione 2 posti auto privati nel cortile dei proprietari e altri posti auto sono possibili in strada (gratuiti). Il casolare si trova accanto alla casa dei proprietari ed è annesso ad una lavanderia (gestita dai proprietari che vi danno accesso per lavare i vostri panni). Il casolare situato ai margini del dipartimento che collega Port Louis. Riantec è una città piena di fascino che confina con il piccolo mare di Gâvres, uno dei siti più belli della costa bretone! Qui sarai ai margini di un cordone di dune con più di 9 km di costa, per soddisfare tutti i tuoi desideri: nuoto, ozio, sport acquatici, vela. È anche un luogo molto ambito per la pesca costiera! Vicino al casolare, potrete scoprire il Parco di Kerdurand con il suo percorso sportivo e le sue strutture (piscina, tennis). Per scoprire Gâvres o Lorient (la città dei 3 porti), un traghettatore fa le navette per evitare di dover prendere l'auto!

Riantec est une commune pleine de charme qui est bordée par la petite mer de Gâvres, l'un des plus beaux sites de la côte bretonne! Ici, vous serez au bord d'un cordon dunaire disposant de plus de 9 km de littoral, pour répondre a toutes vos envies : baignade, farniente, sports nautiques, plaisance. C'est aussi un site très convoité pour la pêche à pied! Proche du gite, vous pourrez découvrir le Parc de Kerdurand avec son parcours sportif et ses installations (piscine, tennis). Pour découvrir Gâvres ou Lorient (la Ville aux 3 Ports), un passeur fait les navettes afin de vous éviter de prendre la voiture !

La maison est aménagée sur 4 niveaux comme suit:
- Au rez-de-chaussée: l'entrée du gite
- Au 1er étage: une pièce de vie avec séjour, salon et cuisine ouvrant sur la grande terrasse.
- Au 2ème étage: 2 chambres doubles (1 lit en 140x190 et 1 lit en 160x200), une chambre pour 4 personnes (1 lit en 160x200 et 2 lits en 90x190 dont 1 superposé), une petite salle d'eau et un wc avec lave-mains.
- Au 3ème étage: 1 chambre (1 lit en 160x200 et 2 lits en 90x190) avec une salle d'eau/wc attenante.
A l'extérieur, la grande terrasse close de 150 m² avec vue mer sera appréciée en toute saison. Pour garer vos voitures, vous disposerez de 2 places privées dans la cour des propriétaires et d'autres places de stationnement sont possibles dans la rue (gratuit). Le gite est situé à côté de la maison des propriétaires et est mitoyen à une laverie (tenue par les propriétaires qui vous en donnent l'accès pour laver votre linge). Le gite situé au bord de la départementale reliant Port Louis.
