- Im Erdgeschoss: ein Wohnzimmer mit Lounge, eine Küche mit Wohnzimmer und eine Toilette mit Waschbecken.
- Obergeschoss: ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett 160 x 200, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett 160 x 200, das in 2 Betten 80 umgewandelt werden kann, ein kleines Duschbad mit WC.
Draußen genießen Sie einen geschlossenen Hof, hübsch eingerichtet und nach Süden ausgerichtet mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestühlen und Grill. Am Ende dieses kleinen Innenhofs befindet sich ein Nebengebäude, in dem Sie Ihre Strand- oder Sportausrüstung aufbewahren können. Der Innenhof ist nur von der Küche aus zugänglich (und nicht von der Straße). Zum Abstellen Ihres Fahrzeugs stehen Ihnen kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße oder in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Das Cottage grenzt an ein Haus. Achtung, die Treppe der Unterkunft ist steil! To park your vehicle, you will have free parking spaces in the street or nearby. The cottage is adjoining a house. Attention, the staircase of the lodging is steep! On the banks of the Vilaine, La Roche-Bernard is labeled a Small City of Character thanks to its charm, authenticity and exceptional heritage. From the port, embark on a cruise on the Vilaine and let yourself be lulled by the calm and serenity of its waters. The port is also the starting point for many water activities such as sailing, canoeing, paddleboarding, electric boat rental and many more!
