Das Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen:
- Im Erdgeschoss: ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Wohnzimmer, dann ein Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 160x200), ein Duschbad und eine separate Toilette.
- Obergeschoss: ein großes Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss (1 Bett 140 x 190, 2 Betten 90 x 190, davon 1 Etagenbett).
- Draußen: eine ausgestattete Holzterrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss mit Zugang zum privaten Garten, einem weiteren Raum (vor dem Haus) mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Brotbackofen. Neben dem Ferienhaus haben Sie Zugang zu einer Garage (nicht für das Auto vorgesehen) mit Tischfußball und Waschküche. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradunterstand ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Parken des Autos unter einem Schuppen 5 m von der Hütte entfernt. Das Ferienhaus grenzt an die Ferienunterkünfte der Besitzer, die Ziegen, Schafe und Hühner auf dem Landgut halten. Im Herzen der Bretagne, in einer idyllischen Umgebung und in der Ruhe einer Sackgasse, verbringen Sie in diesem kleinen Haus einen erholsamen Urlaub. Le Moulin liegt an einem ruhigen Ort, umgeben von üppiger und grüner Natur. Nutzen Sie diese absolute Ruhe, mit dem Rauschen des Wassers im Hintergrund: ein Moment puren Glücks! Der Fluss Scorff am Ende des Gartens verspricht tolle Angelausflüge. Die Wanderwege am Fuße des Anwesens warten nur darauf, begangen zu werden! Das Land von König Morvan ist ein malerisches Gebiet mit einem bemerkenswerten Erbe (herrliche Kirchen und Kapellen). Hier sind Sie auf dem Land, aber nur wenige Dutzend Minuten von den Städten und ihren Geschäften entfernt. Die Besitzer bieten Ihnen einmal pro Woche an, den Brotbackofen zu benutzen, um Ihre Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten (Pizza, Fleisch, Brot...).

The owners offer you, once a week, to use the bread oven to prepare your meals (pizzas, meats, breads...).

Grenzend aan het huisje heeft u de beschikking over een garage (niet bedoeld voor de auto) met tafelvoetbalspel en wasruimte. Er is ook een afsluitbare fietsenstalling aanwezig. Parkeren van de auto onder een schuur op 5 m van het huisje. Het huisje grenst aan het vakantieverblijf van de eigenaren die op het landgoed geiten, schapen en kippen houden. En el corazón de Bretaña, en un entorno idílico y en la paz de un callejón sin salida, alójese en esta casita para unas vacaciones relajantes. Le Moulin se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo rodeado de abundante y verde naturaleza. Aprovecha esta calma absoluta, con el sonido del agua de fondo: ¡un momento de pura felicidad! - All'esterno: una terrazza in legno attrezzata con vista sul fiume che dà accesso al giardino privato, un altro spazio (davanti alla casa) con mobili da giardino e forno per il pane. Adiacente al casolare, avrete accesso ad un garage (non destinato all'auto) con calcio balilla e zona lavanderia. È disponibile anche un ricovero per biciclette con serratura. Parcheggio dell'auto sotto una tettoia a 5 m dal casolare. Il cottage è adiacente all'alloggio per le vacanze dei proprietari che hanno capre, pecore e galline nella tenuta. Nel cuore della Bretagna, in un ambiente idilliaco e nella pace di un vicolo cieco, soggiornate in questa piccola casa per una vacanza rilassante. I proprietari vi offrono, una volta alla settimana, di utilizzare il forno per il pane per preparare i vostri pasti (pizze, salumi, pane...).

Au cœur de la Bretagne, dans un cadre idyllique et au calme d 'une impasse, séjournez dans cette petite maison pour des vacances reposantes. Ici, vous serez en pleine campagne, entouré d'une nature foisonnante et verdoyante, mais à seulement quelques dizaines de minutes des villes et de leurs commerces. Profitez de ce calme absolu, avec en fond sonore, le bruit de l'eau : un pur moment de bonheur ! La rivière du Scorff, au bout du jardin, vous promet de belles parties de pêche. Les sentiers de randonnées, au pied de la propriété, ne demandent qu'a être foulés ! Le pays du roi Morvan est un territoire pittoresque offrant un patrimoine remarquable: magnifiques églises dont celles de Kernascléden, la chapelle Ste Barbe au Faouet, et l'abbaye de Bon Repos à St Gelven... Faites un arrêt à Guéméné-Sur-Scorff pour gouter la fameuse andouille ! Les propriétaires vous proposent, 1 fois par semaine, d'utiliser le four à pain pour préparer vos repas (pizzas, viandes, pains...).

Le gite vous offre:
- Au rez de-chaussée : une pièce de vie avec cuisine, séjour et salon puis une chambre (1 lit en 160x200), une salle d'eau et un wc séparé.
- A l'étage : une grande chambre en mezzanine (1 lit en 140x190, 2 lits en 90x190 dont 1 superposé).
- A l'extérieur: une terrasse en bois équipée avec vue sur la rivière donnant accès au jardin privatif, un autre espace (devant la maison) avec salon de jardin et four à pain. Attenant au gite, vous aurez accès à un garage (non prévu pour la voiture) avec baby-foot et espace buanderie. Un abri vélo fermant à clef est aussi à votre disposition. Stationnement de la voiture sous un hangar à 5 m du gite. Le gite est mitoyen au logement de vacances des propriétaires qui possèdent chèvre, mouton et poules sur le domaine.
