Draußen: Sie genießen einen großen umzäunten privaten Garten mit einer Terrasse ohne vis-à-vis mit freiem Blick auf den Park. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich neben dem Haus der Eigentümer und in der Nähe von 5 Mietunterkünften, von denen 3 nicht vermietet werden. Auf dem Gemeinschaftsparkplatz sind zwei Parkplätze für Sie reserviert. Belle Ile en Mer ist wild und majestätisch mit atemberaubenden Landschaften zwischen den Klippen, den Nadeln von Port Coton, der Pointe des Poulains, seinen Buchten mit türkisfarbenem Wasser... Entdecken Sie seine natürlichen Schätze mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß dank die 120 km Loipen. Während Ihres Aufenthalts stehen Ihnen neben dem Schwimmen eine ganze Reihe von Aktivitäten zur Verfügung: Wandern, Reiten, Golf, Thalassotherapie, Wassersport... Nicht zu verpassen: Sauzon, ein charmanter kleiner Fischerhafen und Le Palais mit seine Zitadelle Vauban. Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel, in dem kleinen Dorf Runello, zwischen dem Palast und dem Dorf Sauzon. Dieses große Haus ist sowohl funktional als auch geräumig und wird Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts mit Familie oder Freunden verführen.

- On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living room with lounge and living room, a partly open kitchen with pantry/laundry area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom water and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: an office space on the landing, 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
Outside: you will enjoy a large enclosed private garden with a terrace without vis-à-vis enjoying an unobstructed view of the park. The cottage is located next to the owners' house and close to 5 rentals, 3 of which are not rented out. Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the common car park. Belle Ile en Mer is wild and majestic with breathtaking landscapes between the cliffs, the needles of Port Coton, the Pointe des Poulains, the beach of Donnant, its creeks with turquoise waters... Discover its natural treasures at bike or on foot thanks to the 120 km of trails. During your stay, in addition to swimming, a whole range of activities will be available to you: hiking, horse riding, golf, thalassotherapy, water sports... Not to be missed: Sauzon, a charming little fishing port and Le Palais with its citadel Vauban. In this little world apart, you will nevertheless find all the shops you will need for your stay. The house is located in the center of the Island, in the small village of Runello, between the Palace and the village of Sauzon. Belle Ile en Mer is wild en majestueus met adembenemende landschappen tussen de kliffen, de naalden van Port Coton, de Pointe des Poulains, het strand van Donnant, zijn baaien met turquoise wateren... Ontdek zijn natuurlijke schatten op de fiets of te voet dankzij de 120 km aan wandelpaden.
